Today is our last day in Tamarindo. Ann and Gary went to the beach before us and found a shady spot to hang out. We didn’t find them, but we walked up and down the beach several times, soaking in the sun.
We headed out and grabbed some lunch then back to the beach for massages. They were great – and only $30 each.
We met up with Ann and Gary back at our apartment and cooled down for a while. Tobey wanted one more swim in the ocean so we walked back one more time. There was a broken pipe at the apartment complex when we got back so NO SHOWERS! The rental agency said they were working on it, but we didn’t want to miss the sunset, so … we all went back to the beach for sunset and dinner and showers later.
We decided to have dinner at Walter’s on the beach again. Tobey and I split the mahi mahi dinner and an order of onion rings. It was delicious!Most of our stuff is packed and our Covid tests scheduled for 8:30 tomorrow morning. I guess the party is almost over. Pura Vida!
