We decided we were going to go to Valladolid today, but it did not come to pass. We got up and got to the Ado bus station only to find the 9 and 9:30 buses were already sold out. It takes over 2 hours to get there, so we decided to wait and go later in the week.
After lunch we dropped laundry off and it will be ready tomorrow afternoon. 5.7 kg of laundry (12.5 pounds) will cost $85 pesos ($4.50US) to be washed, dried and folded. Pretty darn reasonable!
We continued to the grocery store and then back home. It sprinkled on us off and on, but nothing bad. We are having a quiet evening reading and catching up on emails, and watching FOX news. AAAGGGHHHH – reason enough to stay in Mexico and NOT turn on the television!
